"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our", and "Us", refers to our loctician service. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/ she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Booking Policy:
- Appointment Booking: Clients can book appointments for hair services through our online booking platform. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation from our end.
- Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Appointments canceled within 3 hours of the start time are subject to the appointment total.
- Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise causing late arrival. However, if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule or shorten the appointment to accommodate other clients.
- No Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to the full service cost.
- Deposits: Some services may require a deposit to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless otherwise stated.
Service Policy:
- Client Satisfaction: We strive to ensure client satisfaction with our services. If a client is dissatisfied with the service provided, they must notify us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will make every effort to rectify any issues to the best of our ability.
- Product Usage: Our locticians use professional-grade products during appointments. Clients are advised to disclose any allergies or sensitivities to products beforehand.
- Results: Results of hair services may vary depending on individual factors such as hair type, texture, and condition. We cannot guarantee specific results but will work closely with clients to achieve their desired look.
Product Purchase Policy:
- Product Availability: Products available for purchase through our platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased by a single customer.
- Product Information: We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our platform are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
- Shipping: We aim to process and ship orders promptly. However, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and other factors beyond our control.
General Terms:
- Intellectual Property: All content included on our platform, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services.
- Changes: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions periodically for changes.
Behavioral Expectations and Conduct Policy:
- Respectful Conduct: We expect all clients and customers to engage in respectful and courteous behavior at all times. Any form of disrespectful conduct, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, discrimination, soliciting, or verbal abuse, will not be tolerated.
- Unlawful Behavior: Clients and customers must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while using our services. Any behavior that is unlawful, illegal, or violates the rights of others, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, or any other criminal activity, will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Professional Environment: Our platform aims to provide a professional and welcoming environment for all clients and customers. Any behavior that disrupts the peaceful and professional atmosphere, including excessive noise, aggression, soliciting, or intimidation, will not be tolerated.
- Soliciting: Soliciting of any kind, including but not limited to promoting other businesses, services, or products, distributing flyers or promotional materials, or engaging in direct marketing activities, is strictly prohibited on our premises or through our online platforms.
- Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards unruly behavior. Any client or customer found to be engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave immediately, and further access to our services may be denied.
- Reporting: Clients and customers who experience or witness any form of unruly behavior are encouraged to report it to our staff immediately. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action to address the issue.
- Consequences: Depending on the severity of the behavior, consequences for unruly conduct may include, but are not limited to, immediate expulsion from the premises, termination of services, and banning from future appointments or product purchases.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any client or customer who violates our behavioral expectations and conduct policy. Our priority is to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all individuals utilizing our services.
